Policies

Normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm weekdays (Monday thru Friday).  We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.  Walk-in counter service is available.  We also provide after hours emergency service for our customers.

Viking Instrument & Control Ltd accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The majority of our Customers have Accounts with us.  If your company wishes to open an Account with Viking, please contact us and we will start the approval process.  Our credit terms are Net 30 days for approved customers. 

All product is sold FOB our dock.  We can pre-pay and charge your shipping costs or if you wish, provide us with your courier of choice and your corresponding account number and we will ship collect.  Freight insurance is the Customer's responsibility, if you require insurance, please mention this to us prior to us shipping your product. We assume no responsibilty for product lost or damaged by couriers and freight companies.

The products sold by Viking are not manufactured by Viking.  All products are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.  Viking will assist the Customer in resolving Warranty Claims with the Manufacturer.

If you wish to return a product to Viking, please call us prior to shipping it back to us.  All returned products require a RGA (Returned Goods Authourization) prior to landing on our dock.

Viking Instrument & Control Ltd makes every attempt to keep the information on our website current.  However, with the large number of pdf files that we host, it can be expected that some may be out of date. If you cannot find what you want please contact us and we will make the information available.

Viking is an ISO9001:2000 certified company.  A Quality Manual and procedures are in place and are strictly adhered to.  If your Company has any questions regarding our procedures or wishes to view the QA Manual, please contact our QA Manager.  A copy of our Cerificate is in the Resource Libraries section of this website.
